Have something light-hearted after all those grostique and painful description. LOL. Hmm... who says hospital food tastes blend? Mount Alvernia hospital serves good hospital food.
Tuesday October 25th
Breakfast: Chicken Porridge
Only shreds of Chicken with porridge.
Orange juice
Lunch: Chinese Food
RiceSweet and Sour Fish not bad
Cabbage
Vegetable Soup (XiYangCai)
Mixed Fruit (papaya and watermelon)
Tea: Pastry and Milo
Pastry was really yummy but I don’t know what it is.
Dinner: Western Food
Potatoes with Onion
Chicken cutlet with cheese Tasty but quite tough.
Cream Soup Not salty enough
Vegetable? Distracted by friends so I can’t remember what is the other thing I ate.
Cut pear? can't remember
Wednesday October 26th
Breakfast: Chinese Food
Chicken Wanton Noodles Soup
Vegetables (CaiXin) in the Soup
Apple juice
Lunch: Western Food
Fish Fillet I was sobbing and eating so I can’t remember how it tasted like.
Potato wedges Can be compared to potato chunks sold at the café at AMK LIB.
Salad nice dressing (ironic as I had a terrible experience changing dressing that morning)
Cream Soup not salty enough
Cut apple
*I was pretty amazed by the mayonnaise in its nicely invented packet.
Tea- Pastry and Milo
Pastry was Swiss Roll Nice coffee flavour. Yummy!
Dinner: Chinese Food
Rice
Steamed Fish nicely steamed and really tender
Vegetables can’t remember
Corn Soup
Cut pear not really juicy though
Thursday October 27th
Breakfast: Western Pastries
Muffin/ Cup cake
Pastry with raisins
Caramel coated pastry.
Orange juice.
Milo.
I think lunch was Hawaiian Pizza but I didn’t eat as I was discharged.
