Okay, so it is January and the January girls have their birthday coming... We can take this as another excuse for an IJRCY batch gathering! Hey, hang on, I am sincere about celebrating their birthday too ok! It is their last teen birthday. So it is their last year to kid/ teen around!
Alright basically, I will update this entry quite often. So check the page for updates ok!

Meeting place: Doulby Ghaut MRT's travelator
Destination: Sentosa beach/ Marina KBox
Main characters: Yu Ting, Yiping, Weng
Organiser: Of course that will be me! I need to recruit organising comm.
Guest:
- Xi’er
- Ruo Yun
- Ellise
- Dawn
- Sheryl Baey
- Alicia Ng (aka YT's mysterious guest)
Attire: T-shirt/ Tank-top, Shorts/ Berms (No Bikinis) Basically, anything comfortable.
Activities:
1) Meet at 1145hours, Doulby Ghaut MRT's travelator
2) Collection of birthday funds ($10)
3) Lunch (own $$)
4) Buy cake and snacks (from birthday funds)
- Main characters to choose the cake
5) Go to Sentosa
6) free and easy
- Sing Birthday song 19 times + Wish making + Cut BIG cake
(“BIG” cake depending on budget)
- Beach Volleyball (I have)
- Captain's Ball (use volleyball)
- Frisby? (I need to find)
- Throw main characters into the water
(So practise evacuation skills, otherwise we will all get wet)
- Sand Bath(We can half-bury main characters in sand)
- Talk ( thats what we always do)
- Discuss a batch name
(if we all agree to have a batch name)
- Truth or Dare (if we become too bored)
- Secret Number (aka 中级密码)
- Build Sandcastles
Logistics:
- Towel
- Extra change of clothes
- Water/ Drinks
- Jacket (optional)
- umbrella (optional)
- Sun Block/ Sun tan oil (optional)
- Playing cards (optional)
- Volleyball (me)
- Frisbee
- $$(for lunch and entry tickets/ wet weather programmes) + birthday funds!!!
- EZ link card
- Presents (optional)
- Well wishes (important and compulsory)
- Most importantly YOURSELF!!!
Food:
Basically we will eat lunch together. You have to pay for your own lunch.
We will be shopping for snacks to bring over to Sentosa. Costs for snacks bought will be used from birthday funds.
Budget:
- $30 cake
- $6 Sentosa Entry ticket for main characters
- $20 snacks?
Budget somehow seems enormous, even when split up among the guest. Any remainder from the funds will be divided and returned to guests.
Wet Weather Plan:
- K Box
If it happens to rain, there is a budget problem again. Main characters may have to pay for their own expenses such as KBox fees. Can be subsidised if there are extra birthday funds left.
Problems:
- Yet to finalise guest list ( I seriously need to confirm who's coming, so do just drop me an sms to confirm your attendence!!)
Alright, meanwhile I can sit back and relax with most of the planning done. Now just have to wait for 21st Jan to come which is tomorrow! So those who are suppose to turn up please turn up and bring the funds, then everything will go smoothly.
